By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

We provide web development, e-commerce, and AI automation services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement outlining specific deliverables, timelines, and costs.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns the full rights to the delivered source code and design assests, unless otherwise specified in the project contract. Pre-existing libraries and tools remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Khyrat Hussain be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
