The Challenge

The client's previous e-commerce website was slow, visually outdated, and suffered from a high cart abandonment rate. Mobile users in particular struggled to navigate the product catalog and complete the checkout process smoothly.

The Solution

I designed and engineered a custom Headless Shopify storefront using Next.js. This approach decoupled the frontend from the backend, allowing for sub-second page loads. I also implemented a streamlined sequence for the checkout process, minimizing friction and using high-quality imagery to elevate the brand's organic and premium feel.
